Billing is per organization. Your subscription, licenses, storage, and invoices belong to your organization, not your personal account. If you're in multiple organizations, each has completely separate billing.
Understanding Plans
We offer three plans designed to scale with your needs:
- Free — Try the platform with basic features (1 license, 2-hour meetings)
- Pro — For growing teams that need more capacity (1-99 licenses, 100 participants)
- Business — For organizations that need enterprise features (1-250 licenses, 300 participants)

How Licenses Work
Unlike traditional per-user pricing, our licenses are based on concurrent meetings:
- 1 License = 1 simultaneous meeting
- Licenses are pooled across your organization
- Any member can use an available license to host a meeting
- Example: 10 licenses = 10 meetings can run at the same time
Add-ons
Extend your plan with optional add-ons:
- Large Meetings — Add +100 to +1,000 participants to your plan's base capacity (Pro: 100→1,100, Business: 300→1,300). Contact sales for higher limits.
- Extra Cloud Storage — Add 30GB to 5TB beyond your included allocation
Managing Your Subscription
- Upgrades — Take effect immediately with prorated billing
- Downgrades — Take effect at end of current billing period
- Annual vs Monthly — Get 2 months free with annual billing
