How to view and manage Recordings and Storage from the Admin Panel
The Recordings & Storage section in the Admin Panel gives you full control over all organization recordings. You can view, filter, manage, playback, download, archive, and delete recordings from one central location.
This guide covers recording management from the Admin Panel. Members can only access their own recordings through the Web App.
Click Recordings & Storage in the left toolbar
Filter recordings by status:
- Available — Recordings ready for playback and download
- Archived — Recordings moved to archive storage
- All — View all recordings regardless of status
Find the recording you want to manage from the list
Click the three-dots menu under the Actions column
Choose from the available options:
- View Details — See recording metadata and information
- Play Recording — Watch the recording in the built-in player
- Download — Save the recording to your device
- Share — Generate a shareable link for the recording
- Archive — Move the recording to archive storage
- Delete — Permanently remove the recording
