Manage Your Meetings
How to view, organize, and manage current and past meetings from the web app
The Meeting section is your central hub for viewing, organizing, and managing all your sessions. You can filter between current, past, and all meetings, and use quick actions to join, start, edit, copy links, or delete meetings.
Click Meeting in the left toolbar to open the meetings section
Choose a category to filter your meetings:
- Current - View upcoming and ongoing meetings
- Past - View completed meetings
- All - View all meetings regardless of status
Select the meeting you want to manage from the list
Click the three-dots menu under the Actions column
Choose an action from the available options
Available Actions
- Join Meeting - Enter an ongoing meeting as a participant
- Start Meeting - Begin a scheduled meeting as the host
- Edit Meeting - Modify meeting details, time, or settings
- Copy Meeting Link - Copy the invite link to share with others
- Delete Meeting - Remove the meeting from your list
