Create a Room
How to set up a permanent meeting room for your team
Rooms are permanent meeting spaces with fixed links that your team can use anytime.
Go to Admin Panel → Rooms
Click Create Room
Enter a name for your room (e.g., "Team Standup" or "Client Calls")
Configure room settings:
- Access permissions
- Default participant settings
- Recording preferences
Click Create to save the room
Copy and share the permanent room link with your team
Room links never change, so you can bookmark them or add them to calendar invites for recurring meetings.
