How to quickly start a meeting without scheduling
Instant meetings let you start a video call immediately without any scheduling. Ideal for spontaneous team discussions, quick check-ins, or last-minute collaborations.
Click Start Instant Meeting button on the Home page
Configure your audio and video in the preview
Click Start Meeting to confirm and begin
Share the meeting link with participants you want to invite
Navigate to the Meetings page
Click the Quick Meeting button at the top right

Click Start Meeting to begin
Instant meetings are perfect for quick calls. For recurring or scheduled meetings, use the calendar feature instead.
