View and Manage Rooms (Admin)

How to view and manage rooms from the Admin Panel

The Rooms Management section lets you create, view, and manage persistent rooms and custom links. From here you can monitor room activity, create new rooms, and perform various management actions.

Click Rooms in the left toolbar to open the rooms section

View the stats dashboard at the top:

  • Total Rooms — All rooms in your organization
  • Active — Currently active rooms
  • Used This Week — Rooms with recent activity
  • Custom Links — Rooms with personalized URLs

Click Create Room at the top right to add a new room

Use the Search rooms field to find specific rooms by name

Click the three-dots menu under the Actions column to manage a room

Action Menu Options

The three-dots menu provides the following options:

  • Start Meeting — Begin a meeting in the room
  • Copy Link — Copy the room URL to share
  • Share Room — Share room access with others
  • Edit Settings — Modify room configuration
  • Disable Room — Temporarily deactivate the room
  • Delete Room — Permanently remove the room
